Tiffs

Some fights are are of the type that would never be forgiven, some fights last for some days, some for few moments. In the first one, some people never forgive those at fault and some have a big heart that they still talk but they never forgive. The second one usually takes time on its own and the fight ends up with people forgetting everything and realizing how important they are for each other. The final tiff usually occurs when people loose their nerve for sometime and the next moment they realize what they did was wrong. Moreover, what makes this type of fight last few moments is that the other one knows that the person didn't mean what he or she just said or did. What is important in these cases is you get angry only when you know the facts about what wrong the person has did. Make sure that your anger is justified. Some people need these fights so that they learn. Avoid it whenever possible by staying calm in situations and try to make them right. The end results may be good but one thing is for sure that tiffs disturb your mental stability. Learn from them and avoid getting into one.

Expectations

Even though you think you will stop having expectations from anyone, there comes a time when you do start with it again. Your heart tells you to expect but your mind tells you not to because somewhere inside you know if things don't go according to you,the one left disappointed will be yourself. Be it a simple phone call from your loved one or just a text message, you do start expecting that it will come. You jump to conclusions that the person doesn't remember you, but they do. They are just busy doing something more important at that time. Yeah,this is what will keep your cool,thinking that there are more important things in the world than  you. Indulge yourself in doing some or the other thing, make yourself feel better by doing things for yourself. It will be a much better time and ultimately a much better life !
